    This is a catchy flyer. My only objection is that it perpetuates the urban legend of “21 million people in the US need a GF diet”. We can speculate about who started this legend, and the motivations of people who perpetuate it, but I think it’s time to debunk the myth that we have any idea how many people suffer from non-celiac gluten sensitivity. There is no published data on the overall prevalence of this condition.
