Since I can’t eat regular old glutinous bread, I like to find different alternatives for eating my sandwiches. Sometimes I do lettuce wraps or use thick slices of cucumber and put everything in between. Here are 10 ideas I’ve found from other smarties who are doing the same thing….

Hi, I’m Kirsten

Kirsten is a Registered Dietician in training, pursuing certification towards becoming a Registered Dietitian, and a Gluten Free Nutrition Consultant.
