The Best Gluten Free Beer Needs Your Help

This is the last 53 hour push for Ground Breaker Brew's kickstarter & they are only short a measly $1,325. Let's help get THE BEST beer, that also happens, lucky for me, to be gluten free, in cans so everyone can enjoy.

Ground Breaker is one of the companies doing it right, completely gluten free, not gluten removed (Omission & Daura for instance) and making high quality craft beers. My two top favorites are their Squash ale and Coffee Pale ale, seriously yum!

But, at this time, they only come in 22 oz bottles, which makes it difficult to find distribution nationally. Their idea is to start making it in cans, which for a small brewery, is very expensive.

Ground Breaker has started a Kickstarter campaign to raise the funds needed to can their beer and make gluten free-ers across the country so so happy. When they started, Ground breaker needed to raise $20,000, now with only 53 hours left, they need to raise the last $1,325 to make their beers into a canned reality.

If you have some extra money and can donate support for a company that is doing it Gluten Free Right, please do. You don't have to be gluten free to enjoy Ground Breaker, these well-crafted ales are a sure fire win for anyone's beer taste buds who have an appreciation for quality.

If you cannot donate, feel free to pass this on to someone who might. Thank you for your support.

Hi, I’m Kirsten

Kirsten is a Registered Dietician in training, pursuing certification towards becoming a Registered Dietitian, and a Gluten Free Nutrition Consultant. She has a Bachelors of Science from Illinois State and and a Bachelors of Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

I was diagnosed w/ Celiac disease in 2010, my goal is to provide a path for healthy living to individuals who are seeking a tailored made lifestyle specific to them and their needs.

I believe that everyone is different, there’s not one diet that can work for everyone. The word Diet, is a short-term concept, let’s change diet into ‘lifestyle change’ instead and think long-term. Make healthier decisions not just today but for the years ahead of us as well. A lifestyle change is a journey not a sprint.

Living the gluten free lifestyle is not an easy one and can be very overwhelming: from grocery shopping and social events, to deglutening your own household. I will help you navigate the gluten-free maze with tips, tricks, humor, healthy recipes and more.
