Portable ELISA Gluten Testing Strips

I first saw these testing strips awhile back and of course had my doubts
The ELISA is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay test that is suppose to detect gluten in beverages and foods up to 10ppm. They are portable and easy to use, so you can bring them along wherever you may need them. The ELISA tests aren’t exactly cheap, $25 for two, plus shipping costs and they are not reusable. I just ordered mine to see how and if they work, I will report back once I am able to try them.
