Does Wheat Grass Contain Gluten?

I have always wondered about this and have stayed away from wheat grass just in case. From what Amy Rembert says in her article, it probably is safe but I think I will stay away from it anyway, just in case.

    According to some researches… To be safe, It is recommended that you grow your own, and juice it before day 12 or 13. apparently, after day 12/13 it will no longer be safe for GS and Celiac individuals.
    I wouldn’t go past day 10.
