City Boy Bakes may be the BEST darn GlutenFree Cookies Ever!

Tim from started baking out of his own glutenfree need. His cookies are Gluten & Preservative-Free and what he’s created, is nothing short of fantabulous! Most of us have formed opinions about what glutenfree tastes like, but whatever Tim is doing is working, because the blind taste tests I tried with my gluten eating friends, they chose his cookie every time.

He has created 10 different varieties including:

-Classic Chocolate Chip
-Double Chocolate Chip
-Chocolate Expresso
-Coconut Chocolate Chip
-Rocky Road
-Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
-Oatmeal Raisin
-Maple Pecan
-Maple Pecan Coffee
-Peanut Butter

My two favorites were the GF Coconut Chocolate Chip and the GF Rocky Road, even though they were all super tasty. He uses natural ingredients and each cookie is chock full of goodness that leaves you wanting more of the big chunks of chocolate, coconut, marshmallows, walnuts, or whichever choice ingredient your cookie might have.

Tim is an entrepreneur trying to make his way through the gluten free world and a responsible baker using safe ingredients on safe equipment. Trust me, his cookies are so good, it’ll change your idea of gluten free is. So I dare you, see if you can tell the difference…
