Raw Cold Pressed WildFlower California Honey…Wow

IMG_3303

Sunday morning I was shopping at the Farmer’s Market in Studio City and came across Honey Pacifica. I have never seen white wildflower honey before so it peaked my interest.

The gentleman gave me a small taste and wow oh wow oh wow! The super creamy, sweet, deliciousness had me salivating.  I became a new customer there and then. I purchased a 16oz jar for $10, which I think is a great deal, considering how expensive it is in the stores. This honey is sweeter than regular honey, so you end up not using as much and it lasts longer.

Here is their website address, check them out for some seriously tasty honey or every Sunday at the Farmer’s Market in Studio City on Ventura & Laurel Canyon… http://www.honeypacifica.com and find them on Facebook http://fb.me/Tf6KWDIr

Here’s also a little fact I will tag along about honey: Testing done by Food Safety News shows over 75% of honey bought in your local stores & eaten in restaurants has had pollen extracted, therefore not qualifying it as real honey. The FDA agrees but unfortunately does not have the resources to testing all honey on grand scale.

Food Safety News says, “The results show that the pollen frequently has been filtered out of products labeled “honey” Please check the article below out for more information:
