Mmm, my Healthy GlutenFree Breakfast

GlutenFree English muffin w/ hummus, smoked salmon, cucumber, scallions topped w/ sesame seeds, avocado and a dash of cayenne.

Can you say yum! This little sandwich is chock full of energy, vitamins and minerals, not be mention heart healthy and low in cholesterol.

Just a few are:

Omega 3
Vitamins B, C, A, k
Antioxidants
Iron
Calcium
Folic Acid
Manganese
Selenium

It pays to have a good breakfast to start your day off right. I know mornings can be hurried, but sometimes taking that extra few moments to eat healthy might just make your day go a little smoother.
