Glad more people are drawing attention to the dangers of fluoride. This is a solid list of bottled water brands to avoid, I will be sure to link to it in future articles. I thought your readers might be interested to know that there are many filters that can remove fluoride from tap water, which might be more practical than bottled water. Let me know what you think: https://www.avidwater.com/reviews/water-filters-remove-fluoride/

Thanks for sharing this article. I think that this is a very helpful guide. I will now stop buying and drinking crystal spring. I didn’t know that it is included in the brand with the high risks.

Hello, how can Poland Spring be on both the good and bad lists?

    1. Reply

You’re right, sorry about that misprint. Poland Spring bottled water contains 0.075 to 0.17 ppm fluoride according to the Poland Springs Water Quality Report (PDF). They also state that their fluoridated brand of spring water contains 0.86 ppm fluoride. It’s interesting that both Ozarka and Poland Spring, which are owned by Nestle, appear to add differing amounts of fluoride to their fluoridated subset of drinking waters.
