1. FIBER

Fiber cleans your intestines by pushing waste out of the body, keeps you regular, promotes a healthy digestive system, keeps your blood glucose levels stable, helps to keep your cholesterol on track and helps to prevent diseases like cancer and various illnesses.

2. EATING DAILY RAINBOW of NUTRIENTS

Eating your daily rainbow and mixing things up in your diet, keeps your taste buds interested and your brain & body happy.  Each color represents different nutrients your body needs to function properly; so adding in different types of produce daily or weekly, creates a constant flow of nutrition to the body allowing it to perform its daily tasks at peak condition.
